You may have heard the phrase networking or notworking when people refer to networking as they cannot see the benefits of networking, but if you network regularly you will soon see the benefits, but only if you do it correctly.
Here are some tip for using Facebook for your business

1. The biggest excuse I hear as to why people don’t post regularly to Facebook is that they don’t have time, but it doesn’t need to take long, if you plan your posts on a weekly basis you can then schedule your posts for the week, and then you don’t need to worry about it.
In this blog I’m going to give you some tips on what you can do to try and help improve your ranking on Google and yes we will be talking about SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and it isn’t really as scary or hard as you think it is.

So what is SEO?

SEO is the process of improving a website’s ranking within search results and the one search engine you need to impress is Google as it holds nearly 65% of the market share.
Social media can be a minefield and you will probably receive different advice on which platform to use and how frequently that you should be updating your social media and even what type of content that you should be using, but here are some things to consider when using social media for your business.
In one of my previous blogs I suggested that blogging is a good way to get new content into your website, but this can be easier said than done, so here are some tips that may help you.

1. Keep it regular – so before you start blogging be realistic as to how frequently you can blog and then schedule the time into your working week or month. If you know you won’t find time to blog on a weekly basis, then blog on a fortnightly or monthly basis.
So you’ve decided to start your own business, you’re going it alone, you know your good at what you do and other people are doing really well so why not you?

Now you need to get Clients, you may already have a few potential or even actual Clients that you can get started with, but you need more after all you still have your bills to pay.
At long last my new responsive website is live!!

If you have viewed my website previously you will see that it looks very different and if you haven’t had a look round yet, please do, but only when you have finished reading this obviously.
I was away last week in Dublin, visiting family and taking a well-deserved break with my Husband, but like any small business, who checks my emails!

In this day and age of technology, we all rely on the internet and have smart phones that allow us to communicate with our Clients and friends from anywhere, so important emails don’t get missed, we also have the functionality to save everything to the cloud, so no matter where we are all of our documents are accessible to us, which is fantastic and great for our businesses.
